DMCA Copyright Policy
USA Finance Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on our Site
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Submit DMCA notices to: legal@usafinancelab.com with the subject line ‘DMCA Takedown Notice.’ We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed from our Site in error, you may submit a counter-notification to usafinancelab@gmail.com. Counter-notifications must include the information required under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate access to the Site for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
